The Sheriff"s Department issued a fourth set of AlertSanDiego evacuation messages, reaching an additional 3,531 contacts in the Bonsall area. The new message went out at 5:30 p. m. , and covers an area west of South Mission Road, east of Wilshire Road, north of North River Road and south of the intersection of Green Canyon Road and South Mission Road. This brings the total number of contacts reached through AlertSanDiego evacuation campaigns on the Lilac Fire to more than 23,000. Residents can evacuate to East Valley Community Center at 2245 East Valley Parkway, Escondido.
